Shipping Information

At Ninewear, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and enjoyable.

Please ensure that you check and try on your item upon delivery and confirm that the size fits before the delivery representative leaves.
If any alterations are required, please complete the Alteration Form provided by the delivery representative. The representative will have the necessary measuring tools and the alteration form.
Please specify the required alterations and place the completed form inside the bag with the item for collection.
Alterations take approximately 3–7 days, depending on the type of alteration.
If you are unsure about the size at the time of delivery and the delivery representative has already left, an additional delivery fee will be charged by the delivery representative for the collection of the item.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 2–6 weeks, depending on the season, exhibition periods, and the volume of orders we are handling at the time.
International Orders: We offer worldwide delivery. International orders are processed within approximately 2–6 weeks. International shipping fees are 150 QAR.
Delivery & Collection Notice: Orders are available for collection from the NINE WEAR store or can be delivered through our delivery partner. Please ensure that all contact and delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete to ensure we can contact you and arrange the delivery or collection of your order accordingly.
Delivery times are arranged with our delivery partners and are provided as estimates, subject to traffic and operational conditions. NINE WEAR cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, including recipient unavailability or delivery rescheduling requests.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.
Custom orders require an estimated production time of 2–6 weeks, depending on the season, exhibition periods, and the volume of orders being handled at the time.
Alterations are provided free of charge within the specified alteration period.
The customer is responsible for any additional delivery fees resulting from alteration requests made after the delivery representative has left.
If an order is not accepted upon delivery or is not collected from the store within 90 days from the shipping date, NINE WEAR reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and to sell, dispose of, or otherwise use the order at its discretion. Any deposit or full payment made by the customer will be non-refundable.
